Return Policy
- We want you to love your Twister Arm Trainer. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
